Andrew is the Director of User Experience for Blue Shield of California where he leads the vision and design of the user experience for Blue Shield members, providers, employers and brokers across digital channels.
From 2014 through 2020, Andrew served as the Director of Mobile User Experience & Design at Kaiser Permanente, where he transformed healthcare and designed the next generation digital healthcare user experience. He led a top design team in the design, development and delivery of iOS and Android mobile applications and mobile web for Kaiser’s 12+ million members, over 50 thousand care providers and 200,000 workforce. He has served as Design Director for Bank of the West, Bank of America, AllBusiness.com and OMIX Networks. Andrew holds a BA in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania.
